How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Estarcase products come with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
